Roanoke Island is situated between the Dare County mainland and Nags Head, on the North Carolina Outer Banks. RIPC is located on the corner of Highway 64/264 and Harriot Street on the north edge of the quaint town of Manteo. The church is a short drive for residents and visitors of South Nags Head, Wanchese, and Mann's Harbor and is on the way to the North Carolina Aquarium, Fort Raleigh and the Elizabethan Gardens.

Coming from the beach, turn right at the stop light just past Manteo Elementary School and the Dare County Library. Traveling from the north end of Roanoke Island, turn left at the first stop light as you enter Manteo, just past the Roanoke Island Fire Station.
